Dr. Bert Shlensky will lead an interactive workshop on strategic business thinking at the Stamford Innovation Center to encourage small business owners and start-ups to take a step back and take an objective look at their business. The goal is to have participants stop and look around at some of the assumptions, strategies, and actions that might be changed to dramatically affect success.

The workshop will contain four sections which will enable participants to consider the bigger issues. Each session will include interactive exercises, discussion of alternatives and action plans.
